- Q:Do you ship to my country?
A: Probably, yes. If you have decent postal service in your country then you’re good. If we can’t ship to you we will let you know and refund you. See the shipping info section of the site for any shipping questions you have
- Q: What if I have questions/special request about items in your shop?
A: We’d love to hear from you, send us an email to [email protected] We will do our best to provide you with an awesome experience and answers.
- Q: How can I make sure the shirt I ordered will fit me?
A: There’s an unspoken rule about ordering shirts online: Always get a bigger size than you actually are. You can always adjust big shirts and take them to a tailor to fix them for you for a few cents, But there’s nothing you can do about a shirt that’s too small. Also, make sure you consult with the size chart that is in the pictures of the shirt page or in the description below, and then get one size bigger.
- Q: Why are the canvas posters with frames so much more expensive than the non-framed options?
A: Sending the posters and paintings when they are already framed will cost a lot more due to its size, weight and extra packaging required to make sure it reaches you in one piece. When the canvases are not framed, you will received them rolled up in one compact tube, which is a lot cheaper than sending out huge framed paintings. We suggest you take the poster/painting to a framing place near you and do it there. It will be A LOT cheaper for you and you can actually see what they’re doing and give them special instructions regarding the frames.
- Q: I saw a cool item somewhere and you don’t have it. Will I ever be able to purchase it from you?
A: Send us an email to [email protected] with the link to the item and we’ll see what we can do about it. We’d love to help you get awesome things and even add new ones to our store.
- Q: I’m not happy with the item I received. What are my options?
A: Although this scenario is impossible because everything we sell is freaking awesome, but if that happens to you, if you get a damaged item or just plain not happy with it, we would love to do whatever it takes to make you happy. Send us an email at [email protected] with the details, the order number and even a picture of the problem, and we’ll make sure to fix it quickly and awesomely.
